The boring bit, but the important part.

When placing an order with Mila's Bakery, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

All deposits are non-refundable. We require a 50% deposit to place any orders you will not be booked in until a deposit is paid. Failure to pay your deposit means your space in the diary may be filled, unfortunately we cannot hold dates without. a deposit. Full balance must be paid on collection.

Refunds may be issued if we receive proof of the problem in question.
Refunds will never be given if the cake has been consumed or not returned, consuming the product showcases your acceptance that the product was adequate for the purpose it was supplied. In order to receive a refund the cake must be returned as whole and intact as possible.

Allergies must be pointed out to us upon ordering. We can not guarantee any cakes are complete from allergens when requested as we use many products within our kitchen and everything is made in the same kitchen. We take as many precautions as possible but cross contamination is still possible. We do not recommend people with severe nut allergies to eat our products due to everything being made in the same kitchen 

Cakes must be transported in the manner we have advised, in the boot or the footwell– they should never be transported whilst on somebody’s lap or seat. Mila's Bakery do not hold any responsibility for cake damages once it has left our premises, we will take photographs of our cakes just before they leave us. 

Our celebration cakes in the warmer months need to be kept in the fridge and must be taken out at least 1 hour before you intend to consume it. In the warmer months, buttercream can melt. Blondies are best kept in the fridge for up to 7 days. Brownies are best kept in a air tight container for up to 7 days or in the fridge for 10 days. Cookies are best eaten within 3 days.
