All deliveries from DPD are Expresspak 5 (next day delivery) in some cases delays may occur. We Dispatch every Tuesday evening.

POSTAL BOXES - Once the products have been dispatched from our Bakehouse and are in the Hands of DPD, we are not responsible for any damage caused. All items are baked the evening before dispatch & individually wrapped to stay extra fresh. Goodies are best eaten within 7-8 days from dispatch, DPD will deliver next working day however in some cases delays may occur. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and have done everything on our part.

Refunds will not be given for postal boxes unless the time of delivery from dispatch exceeds 5 days.
