Brownies & treats – every batch made from scratch!
At Mila’s Bakery Plympton, you will find our counters full of our freshly baked signature gooey brownies, blondies, cookies, cookie pie, flapjacks, traybakes and much more. We have a huge selection of flavours to choose from, including Biscoff brownies, Milky Way & Magic Star brownies, white chocolate & raspberry blondies… there are too many to name! Flavours available will be subject to change, although there are always some staple favourites! We are always inventing new flavours for you to enjoy. 🤤
To reserve a randomly mixed box of 6, you can call the shop directly or just pop in to select your own choice from the counter.

If you would like some of our sweet treats but can’t get to the shop, or would like to gift some to friends or family, you can order our brownies, blondies and other items by making your own Treat Boxes! Our brownie/blondie slabs, with edible disc and decoration can also be delivered. Order online and we can deliver to anywhere in the UK.

Our bakery – keeping it local
All of our baked goods are handmade locally in our production unit in Newnham, Plympton. This way, we can help to keep our carbon footprint low. A large percentage of our packaging is recyclable and compostable – we are working hard to change this to 100%.
At Mila’s, we love to support the community. Our ethos is to employ locally, shop locally and use as many local suppliers as possible – including local small-business fruit and veg shops. We only use free-range eggs. Any excess stock is donated to local charities.
